Builder is stuck or returns garbage.

Open /b/ for your project, hit Refresh once, then re-send the prompt with a sharper instruction. If it still misbehaves, mail us with the project ID — we can read the model output server-side.

Custom domain not loading.

DNS propagation takes up to 48 hours after you point an A record at our IP. Run dig +short yourdomain.com first; if it shows our IP and the site still 404s, that's on us — write in.

Forgot which email I signed up with.

Mail hello@aimarcus.love from the address you suspect. We answer with the project list (or "no account at this email") inside one working day.

Refund or invoice change.

Billing inbox: billing@aimarcus.love. Include your subscription email, project ID, and the change you want. Most refunds are processed the same day.
